How do we assess our girls’ growth? We use DIBELS three times a year. DIBELS® stands for Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills. It is a comprehensive literacy assessment that is given to our GirlSMART girls to monitor their progress in foundational reading skills.
