About GirlSMART

GirlSMART is designed as a research-based after-school that targets traditionally underserved girls from diverse ethnic and linguistic backgrounds in grades K-3.

GirlSMART Goals

To improve GirlSMART girls’ attitudes toward reading and learning
To improve GirlSMART girls’ attitude toward reading and learning
To improve our girls’ confidence
and self-esteem
